To initiate and discontinue Program Plans contact your advisor. Advisors will submit 批准 项目计划变更 Forms 和批准 BAS 项目计划变更 Forms to 注册服务 for processing. For questions regarding your degree or program requirements, please consult the catalog and speak with your advisor. 顾问看到 Staff and Faculty only forms.
Review your Program Plan
Processing time for changes to program plans is 5-10 business days. Changes to program plans are in effect at the beginning of each term. 因此,如果 a change is made to your program plan during the term it will take effect at the beginning 下一学期. Once the new term begins login to ctcLink to review your updated program plan. Select Student 首页page --> Academic records--> 我的程序 to verify the change 是完整的. *If your degree or certificate has had an Academic Advisment Report revision then the program plan change can be viewed once 注册服务 has processed the change (5-10 business days). 查看你的 Academic Advisment Report select Student 首页page--> Academic Progress--> 刷新. To check if your program has a AAR visit our Academic Advisement Report Site.

Program Plans with 证书
的re are degrees that are 批准 stackable programs meaning certificates are earned while completing the degree. To earn the certificates you must also have the Certificate 添加到您的 我的程序上一页 ctcLink. To add the Certificate to your programs list contact your advisor. 这是 so you may be awarded the Certificate as you complete the requirements. 学生应该 应用 for their Certificate once the courses for the Certificate are complete. 一个学生 does not need to wait to earn the degree to 应用 for a certificate. Certificate graduation applications instead should be submitted during the term in which the Certificate 是完整的. Approved stackable programs are:

- Associate of Applied Science Accounting
- Associate Applied Science Networking and Cybersecurity
- Associate in Applied Science Early Childhood Education Emphasis on Children with Exceptionalities

Term activation is the process of activating a program to allow for class enrollment. Current students are automatically assigned a term activation. 然而，也有 instances when you might not be term activated. If you have applied to graduate you will no longer be term activated for a future term. If you plan on continuing to take classes, contact your advisor to submit a additional program plan. 这个新计划可以 be term activated for the next term.
Updating Primary Plan
To update your primary plan email enrollmentservices@3600151.com. Indicate which plan should be primary and which other plans should be secondary. 的 primary plan will be used for 金融援助 eligibility. To view a list of ineligible 金融援助 programs contact 金融援助.
Display of Program Plans
- 第二学位: Noted on transcript, two diplomas issued.
- Associate of 艺术 Specialization: Noted on transcript and one diploma is issued with one specialization (sub-plan).
- Associate of Science Specialization: Noted on transcript and each specialization is listed on separate diplomas.
- 荣誉: 毕业 with Honors and High Honors are noted on both the transcript and diploma.
